Valley Christian senior Chloe Fraley repeated as Division 4 girls javelin throw champion with a first-round effort of 124-5 (37.92m) at the Arizona AIA Outdoor State Championships at Mesa Community College. Fraley, who also placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and pole vault, remains No. 6 all-time in state history in the javelin at 133-1 (40.56m). Fraley clocked 16.73 in the 100 hurdles, 48.82 in the 300 hurdles and cleared 9-6 in the pole vault.
